Expectations

• Treat everyone with respect. Profanity, vulgar language/gestures, physical altercations, etc. will not be tolerated and will result in immediate dismissal from the facility.
• Adults/guardians/coaches are responsible for the actions of youth throughout the facility.
• Clean up your cage prior to leaving it for the next person. Details matter.....leave it better than when you arrived.
• No cleats are allowed in the facility.
• Modest, athletic attire is required.
• The waiver must be signed by everyone using the facility. It can be found on the Web site or the Xtra Innings app.
• Youth under the age of 14 must be accompanied by an adult.
• Spectators and those not hitting or pitching must stand outside the netted area.
• No swinging of bats or throwing is allowed outside the batting cages. 
• Respect and treat the facility and equipment as if it is your own. You are responsible for the costs of any damage you cause due to recklessness or misuse. If you have questions, ask. 
• Do not touch the Hit Trax systems, computers, or video cameras. The only people to touch/turn on/use the computer or system is Xtra Innings staff.

Batting Cages and Pitching Tunnel

• Batters must wear helmets when using the pitching machines.
• Pitching machines are available to be used at any time. 
• Use only the appropriate baseballs in the pitching machines. Large baseball pitching machine - white dimpled baseballs. Small baseball pitching machine - baseballs with blue and red seams. Softball pitching machine - yellow dimpled softballs.
• The pitching machine feeder must be behind an L screen or net while using the pitching machine and is not to be younger than 15.
• Test pitches without a batter to adjust the speed or break of the ball before a batter enters the cage. Even small adjustments can greatly alter the ball’s flight path.
• No hitting is allowed in the pitching tunnel. This tunnel is only to be used for pitching and catching.

Food and Drink

• No food, sunflower seeds, or any drink other than water is permitted on the turf.
• Any water on the turf must be in a bottle or container.
• There is a drinking fountain with a bottle filler in the back of the facility.

Plyo Wall & Bands

• Anyone can use the plyo wall and bands. 
• Only athletes above 12 years old can use the plyo balls
• Be sure to return the plyo balls when done using them

Video Surveillance

• Xtra Innings has 24-hour video surveillance. You are accountable for any damage to the facility or equipment if you or your son/daughter/team member is determined to be responsible for the actions which caused the damage.
